The Radiation Medicine Program (RMP) provides over 9000 courses of radiation therapy every year and strives to provide the highest quality of care through patient-tailored treatment design and delivery.
The RMP has established strict standards for its operation and for the delivery of therapy. Maintaining high standards, providing tailored care, and delivering a large number of courses requires that the RMP harness and exploit the very latest technology into a seamless process. Technologies ranging from advanced imaging techniques to state-of-the-art linear accelerators, and
from dosimetry tools to treatment design workstations
are employed in the process.
